I can't say enough good things about Sunstate Air Conditioning Inc. and Advanced Environmental Duct Cleaning and their incredible team.I have needed their services three times in two houses, twice for deep duct cleaning. The first time was when I put my previous home on sale and wanted 100% approval for the inspection. The second time after six long months of renovation in my new and current house, and just yesterday (05/31/2023), was due to a squeaky noise coming from the AC machine.Their technicians solved the problems and were respectful, attentive, professional, and offered expert advice.Finally, I want to give a special shout-out to Mr. Tom and Mrs. Karen, the company's owners. I was told about this company by a friend and decided to give them a try after the constant problems I have been having with my ac. Spoke to Karen and Tom who were very fast and responsive to my problem. They sent a technician out by the name of Jimmy. He asked me a few questions regarding my air conditioning and knew exactly what to do. He explained to me what problem was and what needed to be done to correct it properly. He was very professional, clean and experienced. I will continue to use this company.

I scheduled Sunstate to come out to and perform a service check on my unit because it had been freezing up. The day before I had to cancel at the last minute due to a work related issue. Tom and Karen were more than understanding and had no problem rescheduling my appointment for a date that worked.During his service check Tom discovered the evaporator was blocked and due for replacement. He showed me it was not taking refrigerant correctly and explained in detail that it would only become a bigger issue with time. So we scheduled a date and got the evap replaced and I had him perform a duct clean as well.Tom and his crew are knowledgeable, informative and they perform clean work. They answered all of my questions and Tom even gave me some tips on how to save a few dollars by performing some of the easy maintenance myself.If you're having issues with your AC give Tom a call. He is more than reasonable and has been in business a long time.

I was recommended to contact Thomas' company to get my ducts deeply cleaned before the summer, and was extremely impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail from his team. As someone with allergies, I was concerned about the air quality in my home, specially after a long spring season. My house felt like a new place when they left. If you want an honest business then call them to clean your ducts.Tom was great gave me a lesson on duct cleaning so I understood how and what they were doing. They cleaned up and sanitized all the ducts. I can't believe how dirty my ducts were. So glad I did it. Thomas, Blitz and Frankie were very professional, very clean, and they went the extra mile for us when our house was a complete mess. They came in, did a duct cleaning on our home and they coated it with their Fiberlock which was very worth it because we had lots of mold. When they were done (which took about 3-4 hours) it was like they performed magic, due to how well they transformed our A/C system and also how well they cleaned up our home. We really appreciate their work and I will be sure to use them for all of my A/C work! Thank you guys!

I am a real estate agent who manages over 20 properties. I have used advanced environmental duct cleaning twice for mold issues in tenant units for mold growth in air conditioning ducts.This company is not only extremely responsive but the end product is superior. One unit had a child with severe lung issues and post duct treatment the child was experiencing no more issues at home… Mother was so grateful. The Second unit had two newborn twins and initial cleaning by another company revealed mold in the ducts. Again after treatment by advanced environmental tenant had nothing but praises for the new clean air.I take very seriously the comfort and safety of my tenants, fortunately So does advanced environmental duct cleaning. I have been working with Tom Gammino and his team for a decade. What I love about the firm is that they are very honest and never try to make needless repairs. As an example, Tom has serviced my two air conditioners for years and, when I suggested I may need a new one, he would say "not yet." When the time came to replace my air conditioners, I called on Tom to do the work. Tom has also cleaned all of the ducts in my home a number of years ago. This past year, I had to undertake major renovations in my bedroom area due to a water leak and mold. Tom's team again treated and cleaned the air conditioner and all of the vents in the bedroom area. They are efficient, professional and reasonably priced. I strongly recommend this firm.
